Thanks for considering Oak Haven Lakeside Cottages for your lakeside vacation getaway.  We know that you will have a great time making memories at Oak Haven!  We promise to do our best to make your stay a pleasantly memorable experience.  The safety and comfort of our guests is important to us, therefore all guests are required to adhere to the Oak Haven Lakeside Cottages written policies.  The guidelines are established to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests so that you may have a relaxing and memorable vacation.  Before a reservation can be confirmed, the Reservation Holder  (who must be at least 21 years of age) must view and agree to the "Policy: Guest Rules, Regulations, Information".  Our "Short Term Rental Agreement" must also be completed in full and signed by the Reservation Holder, acknowledging that he/she agrees to follow the policies and will be responsible for making sure all guests in his/her party also adhere to all regulations.  No reservation can be confirmed until we receive the signed "Short Term Rental Agreement", the Reservation Deposit,  and the Security/Damage Deposit.  Click on icons below to read the details.
